Heatex path of worldwide success continues.

Over the past years we have developed stronger and stronger, with sales growth of 35% in 2006 and are this year already ~40% up from last year. A tremendous and rapid growth is taking place at Heatex and there are no signs of any cease. Heatex added an extra production hall just some year ago, but has already again outgrown the facilities in Sweden. In fact the sales organisation has been forced to move to other premises because of lacking space.

The budget plans looks at starting manufacturing in China - to supply the Asian region - and also a manufacturing in America - to supply the overseas here. This would ease the pressure on the production in Sweden - which then could remain stable in size for some time more.

As a first step in this process Heatex has recently focused the strengths towards a solid organisation, in order to meet increasing demands and plans for future.

Ms Anna Görtz has been appointed as Strategic Purchaser, working with everyday global settlements to attain raw material with the right quality to the right price. Anna has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a speciality in Production Systems and Technical Logistics, she is a certified Purchaser.

Mr Jonas Bengtsson has been recruited as new Production Manager. He has been running productions within larger metal industry in Sweden and has profound experience in his field as well as in setting up productions abroad, among others in the Asian region.

Heatex continues to focus on the development of a high degree of automatization, where the quality shall be secured in the production process. Any original Heatex products shall be identical whenever or wherever it has been manufactured. The production is running 24 hours a day with 3-shift capacity.

The new organisation includes a complete Construction and Design department lead by Mr Erik Lindell. The team of 5 persons in total is in charge of product and process development and supporting the production with new means. Systems as Solid Works, CAD Software and 3 dimensional drawings are being used as effective tools in everyday work.
