Initiates file downloadModel H

The Heatex Model H exchanger is cha-racterized by the fact that the plates, made of raw or epoxy coated aluminium, are corrugated. Heat transfer is improved by the surface creating turbulence. The increased turbulence occurs without any filth erecting stagnation points and speed changes. This way the whole exchanger is utilized to the maximum.

The Heatex Model P exchanger is designed with the same plate configuration as the success exchanger Heatex Model H, and does allow the same high heat transfer coeffici-ent. The special characteristics of the Model P is the extra strengthend construction allowing extreme pressure differences up to 6800 Pa, in which situation the pressure drop is limited to about 50% increase.

The Heatex Model W is a thermal wheel for ordinary heat recovery applications. Significant for the Heatex Model W, is the well achieved roundness/balance of the wheels. Also to be noted, are the smooth and levelled air in- and outlet sides. In order to pre-vent unwrapping, the Model W is as standard provided with spokes.
