New Owners
We are happy to inform you that Heatex, as of Friday last week, has received new owners and will now form part of US-based Madison Industries.Madison Industries is a privately owned conglomerate of 64 companies that operate individually on their own, on a global basis. To support competitive advantage, Madison has focused investments in seven industry segments, one of them being Indoor Air Quality, currently the fastest growing in the group, and the one that Heatex will form part of.
